Teeslink

TeesLink is a 55 acre industrial and logistics development within Durham Lane Industrial Park. Located within 1.5 miles of the A66, connecting the A1(M) and A19 trunk roads, Teeslink benefits from multi-modal connectivity regionally, nationally and internationally. Community

The industrial park is already home to huge firms and employers with an estimated 1,000 employees. Our planned investment will see this community grow significantly. Businesses in the estate include Nifco, Carroll and Meynell Transformers and Icon Plastics. Returnable Packaging Services (RPS) is the latest company to relocate to Durham Lane. In early 2020, RPS developed a 3-acre purpose-built site and headquarters. The company's core business is the supply and collection of wooden pallets nationally with a focus on helping customers become more sustainable by reusing and recycling unwanted pallets.

Transport links

Durham Lane Industrial Estate can be accessed by road, rail, air and sea. Around 1 mile along Durham Lane is the A66 which can be reached with ease, providing strategic connections east and west to the A19 and A1(M) respectively. Eaglescliffe train station is located adject to the industrial park, providing direct services to London as well as Darlington where you can access the East Coast Main Line. Teesside International Airport and Newcastle International Airport are within 10 minutes and 1 hour respectively. Teesport, our freeport which has turbo-charged the local economy, can be reached within 20 minutes.
