Northern Safety

This year, Northern Safety is celebrating 25 years in business, marking a quarter of a century in helping businesses with their health and safety.
Managing Director Paul Gordon told us: "Northern Safety Limited, based in Stockton-on-Tees, is committed to supporting the Teesside community by helping businesses stay safe, compliant, and successful. We serve the North East and Yorkshire regions through affordable, tailored packages or one-off diagnostics designed to meet evolving client needs and regional challenges.
What makes us unique is our ability to provide a comprehensive range of services - health and safety, environmental and quality management, HR support, occupational health surveillance, and accredited or bespoke training - all delivered by experienced, industry-qualified professionals. This integrated approach offers businesses a single, trusted source for representation and advice, with direct access to technically capable support when it matters most."
To celebrate their special anniversary, Northern Safety hosted an open day welcoming friends, family and clients to their newly refurbished training centre. Guests were able to explore the upgraded facilities, meet the team and watch live demonstrations of safety training equipment and methods. The open day was also attended by Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council who provided information on support available to businesses.
Throughout their 25 years, Northern Safety has continued to grow and invest in Stockton-on-Tees, building a strong team of trainers and diverse range of courses. "Our reputation is built on collaboration, customer satisfaction, and a genuine commitment to improving our region. We work closely with clients at every level, creating lasting relationships that benefit not just the business but also their staff, suppliers, customers, and the wider community.
All services are available on-site or at our purpose-built centre. Ongoing investment in facilities and technology ensures we can quickly respond to challenges and continue to expand our support - empowering local businesses to grow, prosper, and build a stronger, skilled community."
The investment into the updated facility provides a modern, fully equipped learning environment, allowing Northern Safety to continue delivering training and consultancy to businesses across the North East.
